It was such a brilliant workshop. After falling ill with Pneumonia myself in March, this course came on at just the right time. I’ve come away with a new tool box to help myself as well as educate others. It’s made not only my lungs but my brain happy and hungry for more. Thanks Jo, so much. The notes were the best I have ever had. So much information to work with.
